It is situated in the Yanshan Development Zone, along the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Shijiazhuang-Xiangshan Expressway, Jinshan Expressway, Jinsan Expressway, National Highway 104, National Highway 307, and National Highway 205. The geographical location is extremely advantageous and transportation is extremely convenient. The company covers an area of 24,354 square meters, with 20,000 square meters of factory area, a registered capital of 60 million yuan, and 280 employees, including 26 technicians with intermediate and senior professional titles. The company has multiple domestic advanced double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipe production lines and large-diameter straight seam steel pipe production lines. It adopts advanced production equipment and American Lincoln automatic arc welding machines, and is equipped with complete quality inspection instruments such as online digital ultrasonic flaw detection equipment, static pressure testing machines, and X-ray real-time imaging machines. Its main products are: double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipes with diameters ranging from 219mm to 3620mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 50mm; large-diameter straight seam steel pipes with diameters ranging from 325mm to 2020mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 60mm; the products strictly comply with standards such as GB/T9711.1-1997, SY/T5037-2012, and GB/T3091-2001. The materials are Q235, Q345B (16 manganese), 10# steel, 20# steel, L245, L290, L360, X45, etc.
According to different customer requirements, the company can undertake single-layer and double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE), double-layer polyethylene (2PE), three-layer polyethylene (3PE), double-layer polypropylene (2PP), three-layer polypropylene (3PP), epoxy coal tar asphalt anti-corrosion coatings, as well as IPN8710 polymer anti-corrosion coatings and cement mortar pipe inner wall anti-corrosion coatings for pipeline external anti-corrosion projects, and IPN8710 polymer anti-corrosion coatings and cement mortar pipe inner wall anti-corrosion coatings for pipeline internal coating projects. The anti-corrosion follows DIN30670, DIN30671, SY/T4013-2002, GB/T23257-2012, SY/T0315-97 standards. The annual anti-corrosion processing capacity is 1 million square meters.
The company has recently introduced advanced domestic pipeline insulation equipment, including 12 high-pressure foaming machines, 8 foaming platforms, and six high-density polyethylene jacket pipe production lines with vacuum sizing. It can independently produce urban centralized heating pipelines: polyurethane foaming insulation pipes, black jacket polyurethane insulation pipes, yellow jacket polyurethane insulation pipes, fiberglass polyurethane foaming insulation pipes, steel sleeve steel steam direct-buried insulation pipes, steel sleeve overhead steam insulation pipes, and steel sleeve composite insulation pipes.
